Based on everything you have learned and discussed so far in this class, analyze your current work team (non-school) or organization and identify three initiatives that would improve the performance of this team.
INTRODUCTION
In every organization, the role of the team is important. The management has to create several teams in an organization and make different strategies to streamline efforts among team members. The most important thing is to improve the teamwork and contribute to the success of the company in an effective manner. Based on the learning process in the class, it seems interesting to analyze my current teamwork. Working in Globoforce is a wonderful experience. It offers human capital management software solutions to clients. Being a part of one of the teams of the company, I would like to illustrate several insights.
ANALYZING THE CURRENT WORK TEAM
In the software development team, I have observed that creativity and innovation are two main priorities. The team leader of this team likes to delegate the decision-making process and tasks. Team members usually streamline different creative ideas, which is effective to make creative solutions for clients. For Instance, every team member in this team contains the diverseness to identify different issues and propose effective solutions. This team is working like a family, as respect and integrity depict strong bonding. The big reason for the success of this team is open communication. People are encouraged by the team leader to portray their ideas, reservations and many other thoughtful considerations. Team management idealizes teamwork, and it is a remarkable approach to understanding the goals of the company. In class, I have learned that team members have to demonstrate their strong belonging to the group. For Instance, being a part of the team, I usually show my commitments to team decisions and goals. The company has increased the belonging to the group by developing relationship guidelines and team norms. All these team insights are pertinent to the class or course. The most important thing is to convert all theories and concepts into practice, especially when working in different teams. Overall, the team, performance is good and sustainable (Parker).
THREE INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE TEAM WORK
However, there are some key areas which need to be improved to become a successful team in the future. I would like to suggest three key initiatives to improve teamwork. The illustration is as below

Establishing the Leadership
Teamwork always needs an effective leadership approach. The big initiative that the team leader has to take is adopting the pertinent style of leadership. For Instance, depending on the nature of the work and efforts of different team members a, the democratic approach can lead towards the improvement (West).

Foster Teamwork
Another key initiative is fostering teamwork. It is a key initiative to bring people closer to the team. The team management has to set the culture that can empower members to share information. Establishing better relations with the team is a key success factor, as, through good relationships, members are open to suggesting something.

Setting Ground Rule
Setting the ground rule for the team is imperative because all members have to agree with the same criteria to gain success. For Instance, all team values are to be generally accepted by members. From performance measures to communication, rules and regulations must be followed to gain success (Parker).
CONCLUSION
In the end, it is to conclude that teamwork needs some key initiatives to become effective and successful. Modern organizations want teams to become the biggest contributor to success. The current situation is if the team is good and pertinent to the learning process. However, some immediate changes or initiatives are needed to make the difference.
