The key customers of this company (Project) are the women, teens, and adults (men and women). The trends of fashion are changing with the passage of time, and this is a great time for this project to target these customers through differentiation, low cost, and high quality to have a prominent response. What the company is targeting is young women, who have a creative fashion sense in the fashion market. These key customers will collaborate with the management to have customized outputs. The stakeholders are management, shareholders, investors, employees and the customers (Kim, 2014).   The management will lead, organize and manage the whole process, the investors will provide financial funding, and shareholders will have a share of profit.

Milestones/Deliverables

The main deliverable of the project is a high-quality apparel line, including jeans, footwear, casual shirts, tops, straps, long and short sleeves, bathing suits and many other seasonal dresses for both men and women. In short, the first project deliverable is the visible customized options for the customers. The second deliverable of the project is loyal customers in the market, which are to represent the Lileleiteboutique. The third project deliverable is the profitable business after the opening of Lileleiteboutique, and it will be gained through sales, attractions, and creative layout, designed for the customers.

Project Overall Cost and Key Staffing and Non-Staffing Resources

The overall cost of the project is $100,000, and it will be enough to open a boutique to meet the needs of the customers. The management aims to create an attractive and creative Boutique along with some remarkable arrangements of products for the customers. The cost of the product will be divided into different phases.  For Instance, $40,000 is fixed for the construction process and layout design for the boutique. $10,000 has been arranged for product organization and attraction.  $10,000 is being maintained for staffing. $20,000 is allocated for opening arrangement, and $20,000 is the cost of the opening at the end. Thus, cost of the project seems moderate, as all expenses are estimated by the project manager.

Regarding the staffing, the project management will hire a boutique manager who will report to the owner of the boutique at the end.  2 supervisors and ten salespeople will also be hired to deal with the customers. The management will consider the third-party recruiters, as it will be a key staffing resource to hire best in the boutique.

Project’s Greatest Challenge

The big project challenge, which is expected to occur in this process, is scope change. With the passage of time, the staff, and other stakeholders may demand changes in terms of products, design, layout, and expansion according to tom the needs. The most important thing is following the fashion and layout trends, which are to be demonstrated on the opening day. The project scope may be in the limelight for a while, and depending on the customer demands, it may change. It leads towards the additional project cost for the project management (Carter, 2015).

Recommendation

It is highly recommended for the project management to invest more in marketing research to derive insights regarding the boutique business and layout. On the opening day, the demonstrations should be pertinent and meet the expectations of modern boutique approaches. Obviously, stakeholder engagement is necessary to derive the results and prevent any change (James, 2015).
