Even though my educational background has been in the health sciences, my passion for education has kept me traversed in various career paths focusing majorly on mentoring and training. My employment background has been primarily in military leadership and intelligence. My expertise in military leadership and intelligence gives me the unique combination of well-versed leadership qualities and discipline along with the passion for reaching out to others for the sake of being useful. This pursuit led me to private sector training and mentoring as well. I have experience in establishing program standard operating procedures as well as the implementation of the plans for proof of concepts in the military, private and government projects.
I can say with confidence that with my expertise, experience, and goals, I can contribute to the mission of USC Rossier. I believe in educational equity, which can only be achieved through its continuous research, preaching, and practice. For this, strong leaders are required. It is where my knowledge can be used by USC Rossier in achieving the goal of educational equity.
Another area in which I can aid is standard operating procedure development. USC Rossier is currently one of the top-ranked educational institutes which can only do better by using these skills. Having exposure to literally all kinds of sectors including commercial, military, and government, I have the skills to identify lapses in the Standard Operating Procedures way ahead in time. It can be useful in not only the development of educational programs, but also in your multidisciplinary research facilities as well.
Mentoring and Training are what I have done all my life, and what I would like to do for the rest of my life as well. However, with the opportunities presented by USC Rossier, I am hopeful to grow further. I can learn, relearn and unlearn and I can see how our relationship could be positively influencing for both USC Rossier and me.
