The national mood is fundamentally changed, and it is quite visible. Several, questions have been asked from American adults to drive their thoughts on the presidential election. Every US citizen perceives presidential elections differently, and it seems interesting to navigate different results.
COMPARING RESULTS
The result of surveys taken before and after November 8, 2016, shows the noticeable change in the fundamental mood. For Instance, American adults think that the country is going towards the wrong direction, as far as the relationship with other countries and foreign policies are concerned. After presidential elections, a drastic shift in people’s behavior has been observed. In 2017, right after the presidential elections, 56% people do not like trump‘s policies, as they considered them as the wrong direction for the country (Polling Report)
Things are off on the wrong track. Even in Obama’s government and an immense range of people contained reservations over national security plans and possible limitations on other countries. Ensuring the national tranquility is one of the prominent government functions. Before and after 2016, people had reservations over the domestic tranquility (O’Connor and Sabato 5). After the death of Osama, things went in favor of Obama’s government. However, over the past few years, and policies became controversial. Before recent presidential elections, 33% of American thought that the country is doing well. However, 54% of Americans had concerns over misleading international leadership. After 2016, the number of people opposing trump’s policies increased. For Instance, a survey (7/31 – 8/3/16 RV) demonstrates the significant shift in people’s perception. Only 3% of people are unsure. 62% people think that things are getting worse with the time (Polling Report).
People are not satisfied with things in the country. Dissatisfaction reached almost 70% in 2016. People’s satisfaction increased after some rapid changes in international affairs and immigration policies. Also, people feel things have pretty seriously gotten off on the wrong track because almost 60% or over 60% people are observing or experiencing the bad image of the country (Polling Report). Obama’s government had a soft corner for immigrants and trade partners. However, things got worse when trump ended US contribution in the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Donald Trump intended to enhance the alterations in ethnic and racial compositions (O’Connor and Sabato 8). Changing immigration policies have caused malaise among immigrants, and it had a direct impact on the national mood.
Unfortunately, only a few people think that things in the country are not going very well. People know that things are going pretty bad in the country. Regarding the economy, healthcare cost, and trade partnerships, the mood has been changed after November 2016. Business communities are looking to move from this country to enhance the visibility of trade and business benefits. Also, people got somewhat dissatisfied after November 2016. For example, dragging the Afghan conflict and stopping the aid of different countries has streamlined the change in tone (Polling Report).

The current direction of the country is creating a negative impact on both people and the economy. Usually, people claim that economic sustainability is due to Obama’s policies, and Donald Trump is getting the advantage (Polling Report).
CONCLUSION
In the end, it is to conclude that Donald Trump’s government seems controversial as compared to Obama’s government. American adults in the survey have asked several questions. Most the people have claimed that Obama’s government was better than Trump. Things got worse in Obama’s tenure as well. However, the government managed to ensure the people’s trust. Conversely, dissatisfaction over government policies is increasing, and it is creating an alarming situation. The study navigated and compared result, which has been derived from questions. Analyzing results along with a comprehensive comparison has helped to obtain the fundamental change in the national mood.
