Think About A Company (Apple Inc, iPhone)

Think of a particular product – or even a business – that genuinely excites you. Taking a “leap,” create a fresh “customer experience” for it (using and deliberately integrating some of the concepts and examples in the “Flip, Dare, and Spark” chapters of Creative Confidence). Lay out the experience itself, as well as specifically noting (via “bolding,” if you wish) any and all of the creative restructuring elements (per CC chapters and/or other readings to date) you’d use for this. Type this up in a couple paragraphs, maximum, and bring with you to class ready for review and discussion.

INTRODUDCTION

Apple Inc is producing some creative and innovative products for customers around the globe. It is a prominent American technology company, dealing in small electronic goods such as I phone. Due to different concepts such as Flip, Dare, and Spark is regarding the creative confidence, the company has enhanced the visibility of customer experience, which enabled the positive buying decision (Hartmans).

FLIP: THE CREATIVE CAPACITY

When developing products for customers, the management of the company contains the creativity, which is triggered by the innovation. Due to the customer or human-centered research, the management can come up with some products, which have not been experienced before.  The creativity and innovation are good aspects of deriving satisfaction.

DARE: FEAR OF AUDACITY

The creative confidence has been enhanced in the company through daring. For Instance, the company, despite having different risks and challenges a, sustain the creativity process. As far as the internal process of Apple, Inc is concerned, the success and sustainability are encouraged, and ultimately, it has a positive aspect of the customer experience. Apple Inc is producing high quality and creative iPhone every year, and this is due to courage through eliminating the fear (Spence).

SPARK: THINKING & DERIVING INSIGHTS

The business of I Phone is in the limelight due to spark, as it is related the to thinking process to derive some insights. When the customer gets the product with a rationale, the company justifies the development process and creating initiates. The most important thing is to start from a blank page and find some insights, which can help the company make products different and boost the customer experience. The customer experience has been enhanced through reacting according to observation. In both a, internal and external business process, the company appreciates different questions, raided by employees and customers, and with the perspective of customers, it seems a good experience (Spence).
