It is great chances for me to work in this state-owned organization and contribute to the success of massive operations in different countries. I will accept this offer, as it is a big organization, and it can provide me better opportunities regarding the career growth.
However, being a student of the business management, I would like to adopt some skills and knowledge to manage the operations of this state-owned firm. Different operations have been conducted at the large scale, and it seems a good chance to explore my management skills accordingly. For Instance, the communicating and decision-making skills are pertinent in this organization to manage these operations. Also, I must know some technicalities regarding the telecommunicating process, as it can help me to manage or maintain different teams (Si, 2015).
Well, it seems a big challenge for me to work in this large organization. I am equipped with management and technological skills, which is helpful in managing different operations. I am considering it a great career opportunity, and through perfect execution of these skills, I can predict some results. China Mobile Communications Corporation provides a good platform for different employees to grow, and due to low employee leftover, this organization has a good reputation. Thus, due to the combination of skills and abilities, I am going to gain the success in this state-owned enterprise in China (Trefis Team, 2017).
