Introduction
In a construction process, it seems interesting to conduct the site analysis to derive several insights. Interestingly, these insights can be aligned with the construction management process. Australia 108 is a construction site, as the work process is at 43 levels. It is a residential super tall skyscraper that is under construction. Each floor has the same floor plan in this construction process, and all key stakeholders are effectively fulfilling their roles and responsibilities. 415 workers are observed in this construction process, and it is a big challenge to manage and retain workers along with the quality of overall work process (Chancellor, 2015). The significance of the construction site is quite visible, as it is a mega-construction project to facilitate an immense range of people. Site Analysis
Several stakeholders are working at the construction site. Prominent stakeholders in Australia 108 are project coordinator, project manager, site manager, engineers, lift operators, and builders. Every stakeholder has a specified role and responsibility, and with the perspective of the management, all key stakeholders are organized and manage effectively. The key role is to be played by the lift operator, as an exterior lift transporting the building materials runs from bottom to top on the façade. The key responsibility of the lift operator is to carry the material from bottom to up with the prominent efficiency; For Instance, he has to take care of the material and keep the right quantity in the lift (Chancellor, 2015). Moreover, it is to be ensured that the lift operator won’t drop anything down. Thus, aligning with the construction management process, the management has trained the life operator for Australia 108 project. Holding a lift position is interesting and challenging for the lift operator. However, due to the perfect execution of some skills, the lift operators can perform his duties perforce quite effectively. The project coordinator is playing his role through enabling the Overhead gantry protection and six level temporary screens jumps up at the construction site. It is important to coordinate with the safety team and identify all key requirements to make the safety of people and project stakeholder possible. The collation of DBYD (Dial before you dig) is also a significant role of the project coordinator. The project coordinator does well in this particular construction process through effective decision making. DBYD is a prominent consideration, which is to be collectively considered by the project manager and project coordinator. Thus, playing the role of the project coordinator is not complicated, especially for this project. However, he has to make some crucial decisions regarding the construction project to enhance the visibility of the coordination and create the best impact on the overall project process. The project coordinator has to play the role when making or coordinating the traffic management plan. He has to come up with some key ideas or alternative traffic plans as well. In the construction process, the project coordinator knows different complications regarding the traffic on the road, and through better coordinating, the traffic can be managed effectively (Fedele, 2014).
The most important t thing for the project a coordinator in this construction project is to enhance his coordination at the bottom level. Especially in Australia 108, it seems the best approach to identify different issues and reservations. The project coordinator does well through enabling the bottom up the communication process. Regarding several complexities such as gourd protection, project demolition, traffic management and material requirements, the coordinator get all things in the loop (Jones, 2016).

From material procurement to the building process, the role of every stakeholder is quite visible. The lift operator and project coordinator are two prominent stakeholders of this project. The project coordinator is looking to coordinate with all other stakeholders such as project managers, engineers, bottom line and many external stakeholders. On the other ham, lift operator is well equipped and trained to meet his responsibility. He has to ensure the material supply efficiency and safety of people. Thus, the success of this construction process is integrated with the successful job roles of these stakeholders. Of course, these roles and responsibilities are related to the project sustainability and success.
