The Role of Monetary Policy and Central Banks in Recession and Financial Stability and Liquidity Shocks
It looks like a wonderful journey to examine the role of central banks and monetary policy. In the first draft, the biggest challenge that I faced in this process is the identification of the topic. I did not want to make a broad topic. It wanted to make it specific and pertinent. Obviously, I have come up with the pertinent objective and purpose of the study. The purpose of the study is to examine the role of the central banks and monetary policy regarding financial effectiveness & stability, fight against recession and maintaining liquidity shocks.
To keep the report precise and authentic, I gathered some authentic sources. This scholarly and web sources have helped me to derive several insights and streamline the role of central bank and monetary policy. Interestingly, monetary policy and central bank are triggered by economic growth and development. Thus, elaborate a broader view under each heading.
The study has been divided into three different sections. The first section of the report is the financial effectiveness and stability. The second section of the study is the fight against recession. I have navigated several sources to derive some key consequences of the recession. The broader view has helped me to describe the consequences and roles at the same time. The last section of the report is based on the maintenance of liquidity shocks.
I preferred using key sources instead of depending on a wide array of sources. I gathered the main sources and points in the initial draft. It assisted me in developing the roadmap of the final draft. The information has been gathered or collected in the initial draft, after navigating or reviewing the data, I decided to include some key points in the final draft. The initial draft is a direction for me to complete the report effectively.
