It is quite suitable. The formation of this business is quite easy as compared to other food businesses.

If you want to start a restaurant, the food truck is the best option for you to take the first step. For Instance, the startup cost of this business is quite low. A business can be started with less than $100,000. The biggest advantage that this company can get is the location. For Instance, if the company does not like the location or location is bad for sales, the truck can be driven to another location.   The food truck business seems customized in many ways. If customers in the town do not like the food menus, quickly, the management can change the menu. Also, it is to mention that the human resource cost is quite low comparatively. It can be started only through 2 people (Mealey, 2018).

The food truck business is a great attraction for millenniums. It targets people at particular locations. People in the food industry are looking to find food trucks at different locations. People like to find food trucks on different social media channels to assess the location. Thus, the company management can use different social media channels to hit customers and enable effective interaction. An interesting fact about this business is the time and break. For Instance, if you want to take a break from the business, you can park your truck.  Small business has a small benefit. However, the food truck is the first step to create the perception about quality, price and many other aspects to open the new restaurant.

To sustain this business successfully in the food market, it is necessary to integrate with the parking permits and health codes. The quality of the food is not to be compromised. Every location or region has its parking codes, health trends, and rules about the distances from other businesses. Therefore, some thoughtful considerations such as localizations, market research, and promotion are needed to get the business in the limelight. The business contains some challenges such as rivals’ food trucks and fire codes. Maybe overcoming these challenges may increase the cost of the business. However, the return on the investment is promising. People like to eat food at trucks due to their busy schedule. In this modern business era, it has become a prominent trend (Mealey, 2018).

To make the perfect start, there is a need to integrate with the different bending laws. Every region may have different rules and regulations, and the management had to align with these rules and regulations to be relevant and sustainable.

In the end, I would like to recommend the management that I must contain the change with the time. The food industry is evolving, and it is also creating the impact on the food truck business. Many food rivals are capable of differentiating the food services or products to attract the customers.
