It has been observed that the market is less competitive as compared to the United States, United Kingdom, and other fashion markets. In the change process, instead of focusing on the change, the firm must develop the unfreezing and refreezing capabilities to embrace the change and sustain the advantage.

Increasing tax rates, especially value-added tax, is the most significant risk in PERU.  On the other hand, currency fluctuation can create substantial barriers to growth and sustainability.
