Are You An Entrepreneur?

In class, there are many lessons that are learned. Being an entrepreneur, I had to learn different things to make business results predictable. For Instance, I have learned that the customer is not always right. The role of an entrepreneur is to make different business decisions. Through rational decision making, I can convince or convert the customer. Being an entrepreneur, it seems important to derive data through marketing intelligence. Another learning aspect is the time. In class, I learned how time could be utilized by an entrepreneur to make money. Right strategies and executions on right time matter in the entrepreneurship. Course depicted the company and personal brand.  For becoming the successful entrepreneur, it is effective to make the company a prominent brand. For making the company a prominent brand, some exceptional differentiation traits are learned. Part of it, the course material also streamlined personal branding. It was a great opportunity in the class to learn personal branding traits. Ultimately, it is quite helpful in the business process. It was taught how to demonstrate credibility in the field.  Another important thing is outsourcing, which has been learned in the class. To become an entrepreneur, I have to conduct company analysis and identify the work which is to be outsourced. In this modern business era, the company has to go for a traditional marketing approach as well, as it can enable the brand reputation. Cheaper marketing activities can make the brand cheaper. These are some learning elements in the class.  Comparatively, there is a difference between class and real business practice. For Instance, I have to become a great improviser to sustain the business process.  In the competitive business world, smart people can effectively manage the business. Smart people are great improvisers, as they ensure business profitability and sustainability (Roth, 2018).

Learning Activity 2

In what ways does your venture can “give back” to your community regarding contributions, employment, or volunteer services?

Crime Scene & Trauma Cleanup are a good business idea. People in the community need these services, as they want to be safe and secure. Bio-One Franchise is a remarkable venture, as it contains a contribution in terms of employment, volunteer service, and safety.  Interestingly, it is recession proof businesses that can enable the management to make effective strategies to provide differentiated services. Suicide/homicide clean up, Biohazard cleanup, odor removal, meth lab recovers, and emergency vehicle contaminations are some differentiated services. This business franchise can create employment opportunities for community people. In every segment of the service, people can be employed and trained to meet the goals and objectives of the company. Obviously, regarding employment, this business franchise can have a good reputation (Zwilling, 2012). However, the training and development after the employees are required to shape behaviors and develop skills. Despite demonstrating some contributions, the Bio-One Franchise can face the toughest time. However, due to the employee’s spirit and commitment of the management, effective and workable business contacts can be streamlined. For Instance, the role of small business may be to help this franchise (Witkin, 2010). They can reshape the business portfolio to align with the franchise. It seems like a better way to give back to the community. In different emergency cases, the franchise depicts the volunteer services, as the purpose is to ensure peace, safety, and security. Ongoing Support (24 Hours a Day) and specific industry training are two prominent elements that can enable the franchise to give back to the community. In different ways, contributions can be depicted. Coverage of different social events is a volunteer service. The most important thing is making people aware of several threats.  It looks like the biggest contribution of the Bio-One franchise. With the perspective of marketing, containing emotional and sentimental attachments is another way of giving back to the community (Witkin, 2010).
