- For guiding into my professional career, and for making the right decisions, my code of ethics is going to help me in ethical dilemmas (Howard & Korver, 2008).
As a team member, I want to be committed to:
- Provide services in an unbiased manner with honesty and integrity.

- Protect human rights of all individuals.
- Obey and implement laws and regulations of the firm, state, and country.
- Honor all contracts until its release.

E-Common Values between My Code and Kellogg’s Company Codes
There are some common values between my code of conduct and Kellogg’s company.
- I give very high regard for integrity and honesty. So does the Kellogg’s company.
Similarly, they also believe in fairness and respect for everyone.
- Kellogg’s Company believes that having shared goals with their partners makes them stronger and also enables them to work with collaborating effort, maximizing the trust between the partners as well as results.
- Another common value which I can see is that of accountability. Kellogg’s company believes that every one of them is accountable for the responsibility and authority that were given to them. It is also important for me. I accept that with authority comes the responsibility to act wisely and use this authority within its prescribed limits for the benefit of the company. Thus, being accountable to the given authority makes sure that everyone acts wisely.
