Some ways should be streamlined by the management to attract African Americans. First, the management should prefer the external recruitment process to provide the opportunity for African Americans. Also, it seems necessary to create some job positions through navigating the interest of these people. In the recruitment pre4css, it is necessary for the management to target those areas, which contains African American and Latinos. Some specific job positions or work tasks, which are pertinent to their culture and behavior, should be created to enhance the visibility of attraction (Werner & DeSimone, 2011).

The training process for these people should be done differently. For |Instance, these people have to make different teams with to other people in the company in the training process. It can help to gather with white people and share their work, thoughts, ideas, and intentions. The collaboration with different classes is a good approach in the training process, which can make some results predictable (Scott, 2012).
