In this contemporary era, globalization has been considered as the malevolent phenomenon. Of course, this perception emerged due to the 2008 financial crises. Traditionally, globalization was a welfare-enhancing openhanded force. However, the perception has changed. The author has illustrated the impact of globalization on different global economies. For Instance, many organizations exist in the global economy have initiated the structural changes to integrate with modern business trends. On the other hand, the second element is the controversial national sovereignty in different countries. It has been revealed that globalization has enabled remarkable integration between countries. It is due to the technological revolution and innovative ideas for doing business. It brings nations closer to each other. However, anti-globalization elements are emerging in different countries, and therefore, it is a perfect time to think bigger. For Instance, in the globalization process, many countries enclose free trade agreements. However, economists are arguing about the negative aspects of free trade elements. Free trade agreements cause unequal distribution. Countries need to revisit the free trade strategy before making the call. Moreover, regarding workers in different countries, the cost of labor has become the main issue. Many countries prefer free trade agreements with those countries, which contain less labor cost. Therefore, I can propose different strategies for international firms, especially manufacturing facilities, to conduct environmentally friendly operations.
