Professional Vision Statement
My professional vision is to evolve within my current organization, leveraging my skills and experiences to excel first as a Senior Customer/Account Executive and ultimately as the Director of Customers/Accounts, leading with innovation and a steadfast commitment to excellence."
Professional Statement
I am guided by the principles of Respect, Integrity, and Honesty in my work. When communicating with others, respect is an important aspect that ensures I acknowledge and value different perspectives. Integrity guides my choices to be ethical and responsible, therefore. Therefore, honesty helps me develop transparency and trustworthiness in all areas of my life.
Respect: Respect is one of the integral values that helps to acknowledge diverse perspectives and opinions. I strive for respectful behavior to enhance the visibility of collaboration and communication. The intention is to evolve in an inclusive work setting.
Integrity: It is also one of the fundamental values. I strive for ethical considerations, especially in decision-making and problem-solving functions in the professional setting. The most important thing is to remain transparent even in critical or demanding situations to justify ethics and professionalism.
Honesty: It is also a critical value that leads to trustworthiness. Of course, I want to build my credibility in the professional setup. Honest behavior will make me authentic, and it can further lead to better relationships, collaboration, and reputation.
Professional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors
Professional Knowledge: I have industry expertise with 18 years of experience in the baking domain. I have detailed Knowledge of the market, customers, and portfolio. However, I am striving for consistent learning as far as the new trends are concerned. Sales & marketing are also a significant strength, as I have a good track record for customer accounts. I executed promotional campaigns. Further, I am looking to improve my data analytics skills to move forward.
Skills: Sales management is a good skill that always leads to enhanced ROI (promotion). I have been excellent and proficient in managing accounts and executing CMAs. I am still working on my negotiation skills. I have emerged as a good leader, as I have been a sales and marketing leader. I have led route sales personnel and conducted detailed planning. However, further leadership skills are to be developed to play richer roles in the organization.
Abilities: I can become a strategist. I have implemented portfolio optimization and enhanced the market presence. I have developed strategic plans, especially when it comes to inner-city expansions and accounts.
Behavior: I am a collaborative and extroverted individual, which constantly improved my professional role. Collaboration with both customers and internal employees (teams) has worked incredibly well. Communication skills are good, but improving these skills is essential to integrate with the changing expectations and trends. Eventually, I became an ethical professional, as I always strived for respect, honesty, and integrity principles. I can resolve ethical dilemmas in different situations (West, 2017).
Current Career Situation, Role, Responsibilities, and Compensation Plan
Roles: I am working as a customer sales executive at Bimbo Bakeries. I manage inner-city accounts, mainly in Florida and New York. Looking after big accounts, especially for retailers, supermarkets, and individual customers, is the leading role. I work to optimize portfolios, conduct plans, and implement growth approaches.
Responsibilities: I am responsible for managing accounts and enhancing sales. I am also responsible for the improvement of promotional campaigns and strategies, along with the effective implementation of CMA contracts. Collaborating with the operational team to shape a plan is also one of the critical liabilities.
Compensation Plan: compensation is interrelated with the performance and achievement within the current role. I have an excellent basic salary with some commissions and bonuses. Gap Analysis to Identify the Skills and Abilities
1 Year
Serving as a senior account executive is challenging due to limited experience when it comes to complicated accounts and negotiations. I will participate in the negotiation workshops and strive for mentorship. I also have limited or moderate capabilities in the data analytics domain at this level. I will enroll myself in related courses to enhance these skills. I may be unable to build a professional network, but participating in several industry events will help me make a difference.
4 Year
I have less experience in financial analysis and planning. I will get additional education, especially in the finance management domain, to learn forecasting. I need to improve at applying leadership skills. Leadership development programs within and outside of the organization can help employees learn and adopt approaches, skills, and behavior. I will need more Knowledge and exposure regarding the international market. I will evade this gap by reading global publications and attending industry conferences.
7 Year
I need more experience in crisis or demanding situations. I will get the crisis management training and engage with the mock scenarios to boost my experience. Advanced leadership courses will facilitate me in building executive leadership capabilities. Limited Knowledge about regulations and compliance is a significant gap at this level. Seeking guidance from regulatory experts is the right approach to be relevant.

Barriers, Weaknesses, Threats
Balancing work and education will be a significant barrier when it comes to professional life. It will be resolved through prioritization and effective time management. Enrollment in education and courses will lead to financial constraints, so I will strive for financial aid in the form of scholarships and sponsored programs within the firm. There may be less time for the family, especially children. However, family commitments will take extra time. The most important thing is to enhance collaboration with the family to shape a supportive climate (Kroth & Christensen, 2009).
