With an effective communication strategy and training of employees, the firm is finding a way to integrate with some new trends in the competitive technology market.  It starts with need identification and ends with the evaluation of key outputs.

Change Agent: The Evidence

CISCO has become the change agent. The management of the company always promotes and enables the change process in different business sections. For Instance, trends in cloud computing are visible in the technology market.  Accordingly, the firm has developed an Encryption Appliance and Cisco Iron Port to integrate effectively. It streamlines information or data and enables something new in the internal and external business environment (Greene, 2018).

CISCO has a good brand image. However, it needs some evolvements with time in the competitive landscape.  It is a better time to evaluate its priorities and justify the role of the change agent to sustain the business for the long run.
