Lesson Learned from BBA Program
There are many lessons, which have been learned from the BBA program. In this particular program, several management concepts are studied, which are helpful in my career. For Instance, subjects such as the principle of management, quality management, and leadership behaviors are in the limelight in this study program. Many business issues have been discussed in this program along with several strategies to make improvements. This program guided me how to contain the efficiency in the business and decision-making process. The study program allows me to identify different business issues. Through navigation of different business concepts and strategies, I can conduct the quality and productive work in an organization. It provides the pertinent and productive career path with a proper business understanding. For example, I have studied the cost leadership strategy, which can be implemented in the company to be more efficient and productive in the presence of many other competitors in the industry (Cole, 2017).
Major issues this program will be addressing ten years
This study program is addressing several issues. For Instance, in different organizations, an integrated communication process has emerged as a top business issue, and it is also in the limelight in the BBA program. In the next decade, companies will be utilizing several technological tools to enhance the visibility of the effective communication. Furthermore, another business issue, which may emerge in the next ten years, is the lack of ethical considerations. Companies are looking to prefer the profitability instead of corporate responsibility. The pertinent rationale is the possible profitability that companies can gain with the passage of the time. In this modern or contemporary business era, their issues are to emerge quite prominently. Ethical business considerations are discussed in this program along with key preferences of the top companies in the world (Cole, 2017).
