The business administration depicts the essence of different lessons, which have been learned. The BBA program indicates several concepts and theories regarding the business management or business administration. For Instance, the big lesson, which is learned from this program, is the business efficiency. Interestingly, in this modern business era, the business administration is quite triggered by the efficient decisions to ensure the business sustainability. Business administration streamlines the role of people in the success of the organization for a long run. Moreover, different leadership styles in the program are quite pertinent to the business administration. The business administration has to integrate with different leadership styles to contribute to the success of the company in an effective and lucrative manner.  The business administration is a prominent part of the business, and all lessons are revolving around it. From the strategy formulation to implementation, the role of the business management or administration is quite visible (Capstone, 2013).

Discuss the single most interesting or surprising thing you learned in the BBA program, as well as what made it so.

The most interesting and surprising thing that I learned from BBA program is the team building process. Based on the business case studies, we were divided into different teams to play different roles. It seems interesting to conduct mock business practices and enhance the visibility of the understanding. Studying different business strategies, concepts and theories were interesting for me. However, when working in different teams to learn different things, some surprising results were observed. For Instance, the business integrity has been understood a through combining different efforts and roles in the team process. Thus, these interesting and surprising aspects have enhanced my learning experience, and definitely, it can help me in my professional career. The BBA program seems interesting, as it tells how the business runs along with the combined efforts of all key stakeholders (Capstone, 2013).
