Two Interesting Points
The first interesting point in this article is the depiction of the behavioral traits. It is a fact that the business management intends to shape the behavior of people in the company to implement or adopt the digital transformation process. It seems interesting to observe that how management plans and executes different strategies to align with behavioral and digital transformation. Interestingly, the change in behavior has been elaborated by the authors along with several insights. Behavioral traits create the urgency regarding the change in the company, and it seems quite interesting. This point has justified the digital transformation in different firms (Bled, 2018).
The second interesting point, which has been elaborated in this article, is the impact of digital transformation. The authors illustrate the impact of digital transformation in an effective manner. For Instance, it has been revealed that firms are looking to enhance the visibility of digital transformation to create value for both, the organization and customers. It seems interesting to meet the needs of customers and create some value, which can enable the long-term business sustainability. Through digital transformation, the firm can improve the internal process. On the other hand, to integrate the external business environment, it looks quite pertinent. The purpose is to create the value (Bled, 2018).
Puzzling Point
The puzzling point in this article is the area of transformation. It has been observed that different organizations intend to make several changes in different areas to meet business needs. However, the article does not describe all those areas, which are to be changed in the companies. Normally, firms make changes regarding the technology, marketing, organization culture and many other things or aspects of the business. The article generalized the areas of transformation, which does not provide a clear picture. The general description of the digital transformation creates some confusion. Thus, it may take much time to understand or navigate areas digital transformation (Bled, 2018).
