I am pleased to know that I have been hired by your company to fix a particular issue, which is hitting the company in the competitive business era. Obviously, employee burnout in the companies is a prominent issue, which reduces the employee sustainability and retention in the company due to work stress and exhausted physical and emotional strengths (Hca, 2017).

1-Creating the name of a consulting company

The name of a company is “Burnout Resistance Inc.” which provides multiple options for the companies after conducting comprehensive research at the workplace to avoid worker burnout.  With the pertinent and competitive AIDA strategy, we are going to make the difference and let the companies contain exceptional employee retention, motivation, and sustainability at the workplace.

2-Problem Outline and Questions

Lacking the work-life balance, narrow job definitions and work burden on the employee exist at the workplace, and this has emerged as a prominent problem for the company. Some questions are to be considered to come up with an appropriate AIDA strategy

  • How the managers divide the work among the employees?
  • Does employee flexibility exist in the company?
  • Are job definitions appropriately communicated to the workers?

3-Information for the Client

Being a consultant to the company, it is to inform you that the employee and workplace trends have been changed with the passage of time. The employee preferences and perception are changed now due to the emerging need.

4-Problem significance and investigation

The employee burnout is in the limelight, as absent level has been increased due to stress and unfavorable environment and controversial management behavior (Reynolds, 2017).

5-Competitive AIDA strategy (Avoiding Work Burnout) & Budget

Being a consultant to the company, I have to contain the four main pillars of AIDA strategy, which are attention, interest, desire, and action.

Attention: I would like to aware the company about the negative impact on the organizational performers due to this issue

Interest: The interest is to find the key insights regarding the burnout and make the strategies for the company

Desire: The desire is regaining employee regularity through pertinent work environment

Action: Our Company, based on the research, can provide a competitive work-life balance plan, including monthly or quarterly holidays, family invitations, participation and support in family events. Also, we can plan the working hours and schedule for the employees to reduce the extra burden. We can execute the modern team building strategies in your company to let the employee work according to their capacity. We can provide the chance to the company to revisit the job description to the employees, as collaborations with the company management can produce the results for the employees (Blackburn, 2017). We can assist in defining the jobs to enable motivation and create interest among the employees. Furthermore, we can train different managers at the workplace to manage and divide the work among the employees along with a pertinent assessment of skills and abilities. We, as a company, have identified the key issue through participating with the companies in the industries, and this has led us and targeted firms to gain a competitive advantage. The budget is only $5000, which is quite low than the other consultancy services in the market (Talentmap.com, 2017).

6-Scheduling

Based on research, the program is containing the two months to produce the results, inclosing the weekly session of 2 hours with the managers and employees.

7-Authorization to Proceed

I would like to get permission from the company owner to start my contributions in reducing or evading the employee burnout.
