Introduction
Being a professional, I want to participate in Career Fair or Recruiting Event to find different opportunities. In the event, I always intend to present my brand to a big number of the employers from all over the world. Recently, I have visited Washington and attended the Central Washington University Career Fair 2021. This platform provides a platform for graduates or skillful people to interact with the companies and find a pertinent job in the United States.

Central Washington University Career Fair is an attractive and beneficial initiative to find the training, job and business opportunities. The fresh or experienced graduate can participate in this event to examine the latest educational and job trends to contain the readiness. The event was conducted on October 26, 2021, at 10:00 am.
Experience
It was a wonderful experience for me to participate in this event and find the opportunities. Being a fresh graduate, this was a big chance for me to meet the professionals from the top, not only from the United States but also from all over the world. Interestingly, I analyzed the selection and recruitment patterns of the companies, and these were quite different. Companies, participated in the event, were presenting company information to people and guided accordingly. Interestingly, I found the intentions and preferences of the employers such as requirements, needs, trends, education, and skill level. For Instance, I asked several employers what are the important aspects when applying online and what makes the online applications a top priority. Dramatically, I found the difference and learned many traits consequently.
Moreover, another advantage or experience that I gained through attending the Central Washington University Career Fair was networking opportunities. In this event, I met with many like-minded job seekers and exchanged the E-mail Ids for collaborative efforts to find the right job. I evaluated the companies of United States regarding salaries and benefits and made the comparison. When attending a career event, it seems good to visit all companies, as through insights, I can make the decision. Thus, in that event, I tested the United States job market and found the marketing, sales, and manufacturing, and volunteer jobs. Interestingly, the companies in the retail business such as Wal-Mart, Starbucks, and Target were offering several training opportunities, and I was assertive to know criteria, impact, and insights. Therefore, I had information, evaluation, interactions, and observations. Overall, Washington University Career Fair was a good experience.
Two organizations I want to work for

Wal-Mart
Wal-Mart participated in Washington University Career Fair with some jobs for applicants. It is a prominent retail company, ranked 1 in revenues in the world, dealing with the biggest range of both, customers and employees. I want to work in this organization due to the attractive benefits and salary packages. Deriving the insights from the Wal-Mart culture, presented at this event, I have realized that this company focuses on the work-life balances and believes in the employee development through the modern techniques. Instead of focusing on the attractive packages, I want to go with the company culture, presented by professionals of Wal-Mart.

Apple Inc
Apple Inc, a big technology firm, also attended Washington University Career Fair. The thing that fascinated me was remarkable product portfolio, especially mobile phones, and business segments regarding technology products. The salary package and facilitation by this company are quite competitive. I want to work in this organization due to different career opportunities when working as an employee of the company. The professionals in this event revealed that the company promotes employees in each quarter and boost the creative, innovative work along with a rapid career growth.
Conclusion
At Washington University Career Fair, these two multinational companies created a good impression, and I submitted my resume to both companies. I hope I can justify this participation, and based on my learning and experience; I can depict better participation next time.
