Topic: Considering Communication Barriers and Inhibitors
Trends of doing business have changed. Supervisors use different technologies to communicate with the employees. The employees that use telecommunication tools are called teleworking employees in an organization. These employees are treated differently by the management. According to different sources analyzed in the discussion, it has been revealed that these employees are isolated socially. They may contain stress and unfair work activities. It is a fact that social isolation makes employees unmotivated. Working hours are increasing, and it creates the need for a regulated Telework in the company (Iilo.org, 2016) (Para 8). They cannot work according to the company’s expectations, as they may have to work extra compared to other employees. Stress and anxiety ate two factors that hit the performance of employees hard. They cannot turn off the mobile or communication device. The pressure from the management is quite annoying for employees, and it creates different problems in the workplace. Teleworking employees are isolated from the social life of the company and based on it; the employed depict their resistances. It seems tough to deal with these employees to sustain the work process and best talent in the company. It is better to provide equal opportunities to all employees, including teleworking employees, to reduce the employee turnover. For Instance, Teleworkers are effective for the company if they are contacted by managers regularly. Interestingly, interaction with managers can eliminate this issue (Zuppello, 2016) (Para 5).
This essay has been synthesized. There are different sources, which have been examined or evaluated to derive some key insights regarding communication. Combining these sources has helped to streamline different communication barriers. Thus, based on these barriers, the management of the company can make better communication strategies. On the other hand, the annotated bibliography is quite different, as it streamlines some key points or main focus of the author in particular literature. The annotated bibliography is limited to single sources, and it leads towards limited research outcomes.

Topic: Communicating A Problem
What is the problem or situation?
I was working in a retail chain in an organization. I found many issues in the workplace. However, regarding the communication process and its effectiveness, the main issue was the reporting system. The reporting system was manual in the company, and it was a huge barrier when communicating the problem. Integrated internal and external communication has become the backbone of the company in this contemporary business era (Welch & Jackson, 2007, p. 180).
What are some possible communication strategies in notifying someone about the problem?
The possible communication strategy for this company was aligned with an integrated system that could enhance the visibility of the effective communication of the reporting process. In each department, every employee is to be aligned with an integrated system to share data or information. There is a need to notify the problem immediately, and the launch of an integrated system is quite pertinent.
What is the best course of action to take in solving the problem?
As mentioned, the main strategy is to design the integrated system. However, there is a need for a course of action to implement the change or resolve the issue. For Instance, the appropriate action is to create the urgency in the company. Employees and all other key stakeholders have to identify the need or the new reporting system. Creating the urgency is effective in the organization, as it can help to combine efforts in building the new system. Moreover, streamlining the vision of the possible change is also a good move by the management. It can help to demonstrate the wide range of consequences to enhance marketing and management communication (Torp, 2009, p. 194).
What is the best way to communicate this problem to the relevant individuals?
The best way to communicate this problem to all key stakeholders is using advanced technology. In a large organization, the virtual team meeting is a good option for the company to communicate the issue and streamline the possible solution. Technology is the best way to spread the message rapidly. In an organization, the most important thing is to identify the cause of the problem. The new solution is a kind of an alternative to the old system in the company. Communicating the issue to the right individual at the right time facilitates creating the new solution.
