Criticizing Content
The rapid growth of the Chinese internet is the prominent presentation, presented by the Gray Liu. In this presentation, the presenter elaborates the migration of people. However, there are many missing insights regarding the use of the internet. For Instance, he could tell the audience that how people evolve with the passage of the time and become tech savvy. Just telling numbers does not clear everything, as the presenter had to go deeper. Furthermore, the main topic of the presentation is internet technology. However, the presenter illustrated many other technologies. It created the confusion, as it seems tough to understand the actual internet technology evolvement in China and many other countries. Interestingly, the presenter could come up with some more facts. For Instance, the presentation says that 88% of the American population is using the internet. In China, the internet population is just 56%. Well, the illustration of the fact is good, but the rationale regarding the difference can be elaborated (Ted.com, 2018).
Visuals
Visual in the presentation is attractive, as the presenter has used different maps and statistical analysis to portray the growth of the internet. The presentation in a dim light seems comfortable for the audience. Different videos have also been presented to depict trends of using internet services. Remarkably, the presenter demonstrated the growth of Chinese internet technology through streamlining video clips (Ted.com, 2018).
Presenter Skills
The skills of Gray Liu are attractive as well. For Instance, he had good eye contact with the audience. Through his strong communication skills, he grabbed the attention of people successfully. He moved consistently and depicted some noticeable non-verbal traits. Gray Liu is assertive in taking different questions from the audience. He prepared a comprehensive presentation, and due to his powerful communication skills, he managed to complete it on time.
